Not only is Good Judy my local gay bar in Park Slope, the block party is extremely popular! Its history dates back only a few years - since the Brooklyn Pride Parade made 5th Avenue in Brooklyn shut down, Good Judy was able to host a party for all of the stuck-inside-going-crazy patrons.
Though I have no clue why they don't host this during Brooklyn Pride (last year it was the 3rd Saturday of June), this is the first time they are hosting it during NYC Pride weekend.
Unless I make other plans, I will probably swing by to check out the cuties of Park Slope.
Can’t believe it’s our SIXTH Queer API Central Park meet up! We started this back in 2019 during WorldPride NYC to create space for our community to gather outside of the parties. It’s a relaxed vibe so come as you are! Bring anything to share but also remember to HYDRATE cause it be hot and it’s a very long weekend.
Please be discreet with your alcohol, it is technically illegal in Central Park so use cups and our out of non transparent bags to be safe :]
RSVP to the Partiful to see the 277+ people going.
NAARAK is a NYC Queer Asian Pacific Islander group in NYC. They describe themselves as an "experience brand dedicated to building safe spaces for our Queer API community. Based in NYC, our mission is to create and foster a safe, inclusive, and vibrant space for queer API individuals, artists, and talent to shine. Recognizing the unique struggles and triumphs of this diverse community, we aim to provide a platform that celebrates their experiences and amplifies their voices. NAARAK is a play on the Thai word for cute, so expect a lot of cute vibes and people at our events. <3"
I was invited to a couple of their events - and they were really fun. The music was incredible. And tbh I was a bit overwhelmed with the number of hot gaysians. This would a very fun and chill moment in Central Park.
Let me know if you are interested in this event, I might join you for a little park time. :)
This has been my favorite NYC Pride party of the past 2 years. "Wrecked" is arguably NYC's hottest gay party right now. They host it once every 6 weeks or so in the basement of the Knockdown Center which is named simply "Basement" -- although one might say that now that all the Hells Kitchen gays have found it... it's maybe past its prime. Still fun to go to though. And the Pride edition goes upstairs to the full Knockdown Center and the spacious outdoor "Ruins" outside of KC.
While the Basement has two rooms for different rooms for hard techno (think Berlin underground techno vibes) and catacombs meet wet dungeon area with lots of little nooks and alleyways for lascivious behavior, upstairs at the Knockdown Center will feature a hot — very literally hot — shed out in the ruins for you to explore other party goers. I've actually met some dear friends in that sweaty shed. 🥹
I have a feeling that Merge would replace Wrecked as my new favorite party in normal times, but in my estimation this party is the best NYC Pride Party.
Experience the journey of a lifetime! Get ready for NYC’s BIGGEST PRIDE EVENT at the world-renowned Avant Gardner. This event is the collaboration between two of the most prominent promoters in New York, coming together to create a one-of-a-kind experience spanning multiple stages with mind-blowing talent, cutting-edge art and immersive experiences. #PartyWithAPurpose Proudly Benefiting FEMME House.
I hate the owners of Avant Gardner / Brooklyn Mirage. They ruin shit (see: EZoo; see: 2025 Planet Pride) . If you go, try to leave before it actually ends. Or you might be literally shoved by the staff out of very narrow doorways out - and pray to higher powers someone doesn't lose their balance and the whole crowd doesn't fall or one person gets trampled. Seriously Allegria 2023 should have been a Class Action lawsuit.
AND, these mfers -- their redesign of Brooklyn Mirage isn't even done yet, so there won't be the cool outdoor stage.
People report to have fun, so don't let this completely deter you if you wanna see Cheat Codes.. just be very litigious.
We know your dance card is getting full for NYC Pride, but save some room for little ol us!
It’s our 3rd year doing NYC Pride and we are excited to bring you to a bigger space, 00:00 in LIC!

Never been to this venue, nor have I been to Naarak's Pride Party. But learning about it now, if you decide to go I would consider joining you. :) The music will likely be incredible. Especially if you like techno / house / K-pop.
Here's one of the DJs that will be spinning:
LSDXOXO is an artist from Philadelphia who made a name for himself in New York City as a DJ and producer, quickly becoming an essential figure at GHE20GOTH1K. He is known for destroying dance floors across the underground club scene with his energetic DJ sets, amassing attention for the way that he manipulates mainstream sounds by craftily layering pop tracks and vocal samples between Baltimore club, ghetto house, hardcore, electro and techno. Now residing in Berlin and running his own club night Floorgasm, LSDXOXO is synonymous with the new wave of techno artists reclaiming Black queer spaces and injecting some much-needed fun and camp into the genre.
Never been to this venue, but if everything else is sold out on Saturday, could be a fun option. Don't hate the $40 ticket price, too.
Merge is a Brooklyn-based, queer party that aims to cultivate sonic liminoid experiences through techno music. We will work together to incubate the collective queer body, and experience its transformation under the influence of techno. We seek release, mutual understanding, deeper access to the personal, interconnected, and ethereal. We honor the sound through dance, self expression, and hyper-immersion.
We're stretching things out to a full-on Weekender for this year's edition. Yep - that's right - 2 nights of MERGE PRIDE! From 10pm-noon on both Friday (6/27) and Saturday (6/28), we push the DIY format forward in a new sprawling multi-room warehouse with 22 of underground music's most adventurous and cunty queer artists.
Both nights are set with two rooms of music - one pushing our classic take on techno, and the other giving anything goes, and everything slays, darling.
Expect MERGE!

An email with event details/location will be sent to ticket holders at 8pm on 6/27!
This is the party I want to go to this year, but since my friend's husband has a leg injury, might not be able to go
I have heard nothing but glowing reviews of this party - especially if you are there to hear good music, dance with hotties, and have done the other parties already.
Usually in Brooklyn.
